From signup to final report

How OT Logbook works.

Five steps from account creation to a supervisor-signed final internship report. The whole workflow is designed to take minutes a day, not hours a week.

  1. 1

    Sign up & get approved

Create an account with your college email, fill out a short onboarding form, and upload your college ID card. An admin reviews and approves trainees within 1–2 working days.

  2. 2

    Log your daily clinical work

After each shift, create a daily log. Add the hospital, multiple patients (initials/identifier only), diagnoses, interventions, your role in care, and time spent. Add reflections on what happened, what you learned, and what you'd do differently.

  3. 3

    Add supervisors & request verification

Save the supervisors you work with under once. To verify a log, pick a supervisor — they receive a 6-digit code by email. They share it with you to confirm verification, and rate you on five clinical dimensions.

  4. 4

    Generate progress reports

Anytime during your internship, export a PDF for any date range — daily, weekly, monthly, or the full period. Reports include patient counts, intervention charts, hours, supervisor sign-offs, and an AI-generated synopsis.

  5. 5

    Submit your final evaluation

At the end of your internship, send a final evaluation invite to a senior supervisor by email. They open a secure tokenised link, fill in strengths, areas of improvement, and an overall recommendation. The completed form attaches to your final PDF report.
