About OT Logbook
Our mission
OT Logbook exists to improve the quality, transparency, and dignity of occupational therapy training across India. Trainees deserve a reliable way to document their clinical work, supervisors deserve a credible way to verify it, and educational institutions deserve a clear picture of how their interns are progressing — without having to pay for software they cannot afford.
Who runs OT Logbook
OT Logbook is an initiative of Devoue Health and Education Foundation, a non-profit organisation working at the intersection of health and education in India. The Foundation owns and operates the platform as a public-good service for occupational therapy trainees and their training institutions.
The platform itself is designed, built, and maintained by Cureline Healthcare Pvt Ltd on behalf of the Foundation. Cureline contributes the engineering, security, and ongoing maintenance work needed to keep OT Logbook safe, fast, and free of cost for every trainee.
What the platform does
- Daily logs. Trainees record patient encounters, interventions, and time spent during their internship.
- Email-verified supervisors. Every supervisor sign-off is captured through a secure email OTP — no faked signatures, no after-the-fact edits.
- Professional reports. Daily, weekly, and final internship PDFs are generated automatically for college submission.
- Admin oversight. Approval-gated accounts and college ID verification keep the records authentic.
Free for trainees, forever
OT Logbook is fully free for trainees, supervisors, and colleges. There are no paid plans, no premium features, no advertising, and no sale of personal data. The cost of running the platform is borne by the Foundation and its supporters.
